Affiliate Terms

The standards and responsibilities that govern participation in NewMe’s research referral program.

Version 1.0 · Effective September 15, 2026

Acceptance and Research-Use Standard

By creating or using a partner code, accepting these Terms, or otherwise participating in the NewMe Referral Partner Program, you agree to these Terms and all linked policies. All promotions must preserve NewMe’s strict research-use-only designation.

Read the RUO Disclaimer

1. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction, and authorized to participate in the Program. All information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current.

NewMe may accept or reject an application in its discretion. You may not participate if your affiliate account was previously suspended or terminated unless NewMe reinstates it in writing.

2. Independent Relationship; No Authority to Bind

You participate as an independent referrer. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, contractor, joint venture, partnership, franchise, fiduciary, or exclusive relationship between you and NewMe.

You may not bind NewMe, accept payment on our behalf, negotiate for us, make warranties or representations for us, or present yourself as a NewMe employee, spokesperson, or official representative.

3. Limited License to Use Brand Assets

While your account remains in good standing, NewMe grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to share your approved referral link and approved NewMe brand materials solely to promote the Program accurately and lawfully.

You may not alter NewMe logos or trade dress, create confusingly similar branding or accounts, register NewMe-related domains or handles, or use brand assets in a way that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or authority beyond this limited referral relationship. The license ends immediately when participation ends or NewMe asks you to stop using an asset.

4. Content Responsibilities and Research-Use Restrictions

You are solely responsible for every statement, post, video, advertisement, message, livestream, and other communication you publish. NewMe does not control or endorse affiliate content merely because it contains a referral link or code.

You must describe NewMe products strictly as research products and must not:

  • Describe a product as intended or suitable for human or animal use, consumption, administration, injection, cosmetic use, or any clinical application.
  • Provide dosing, cycling, administration, preparation, or usage instructions directed at people or animals.
  • Claim or imply that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, prevents, or alleviates any disease, condition, symptom, or biological function.
  • Make medical, therapeutic, health, weight, fitness, performance, hormonal, anti-aging, recovery, or aesthetic claims.
  • Misstate purity, testing, availability, prices, discounts, scarcity, customer savings, or Program terms.
  • Use false, deceptive, exaggerated, fabricated, or unsubstantiated claims about NewMe or its products.
  • Target minors or promote on a platform that prohibits the products or promotion involved.

5. Required Affiliate Disclosures

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to NewMe whenever you use a referral link or code or discuss NewMe products. The disclosure must be easy to notice, understand, and place near the endorsement or link.

Acceptable examples include “#ad,” “#affiliate,” or a plain-language statement such as “I may earn a commission from this link.” You are responsible for complying with the FTC Endorsement Guides and all equivalent rules that apply where your audience is located.

6. Lawful Conduct and Anti-Fraud

You must comply with all applicable advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, anti-spam, export-control, sanctions, intellectual-property, and other laws. You may not use unsolicited bulk messaging, scraping, impersonation, fake accounts, misleading redirects, cookie stuffing, brand bidding, false clicks, self-referrals, or any practice intended to manipulate attribution or commissions.

You may not purchase through your own link or coordinate purchases, identities, accounts, devices, or payment methods to manufacture referral credit. NewMe may disregard related or suspicious transactions when determining eligibility.

7. Commissions, Payouts, and Withholding Rights

Current commission rates, attribution windows, payout timing, and qualifying-order rules appear on the Partner Program page and form part of these Terms. NewMe may update prospective Program terms by posting the revised offer. No example or estimate guarantees earnings.

Commission credit applies only to eligible, completed, delivered orders properly attributed to your account. Canceled, refunded, returned, disputed, fraudulent, test, duplicate, self-referred, or otherwise ineligible orders do not earn commission. NewMe may delay, offset, reverse, claw back, forfeit, or refuse payment where an order is reversed, these Terms are breached, activity appears manipulated, or withholding is required by law.

You are solely responsible for taxes, duties, reporting, filings, and other obligations arising from payments to you. Before payout, NewMe or its payment provider may require identity, tax, sanctions, banking, and anti-fraud verification. NewMe cannot issue a payout when required verification is incomplete or unsuccessful.

8. Suspension and Termination

NewMe may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate your participation; deactivate a code or link; revoke brand permission; remove attributed activity; or withhold unpaid commission when NewMe reasonably believes these Terms, law, platform rules, or research-use restrictions were violated.

Serious conduct—including fraud, self-referrals, deceptive advertising, prohibited medical claims, sanctions concerns, or conduct creating legal or reputational risk—may result in immediate action without a warning period. NewMe may also discontinue or modify the Program prospectively. Termination does not affect provisions intended to survive.

9. Review, Investigation, and Cooperation

NewMe may reasonably review referral sources, public promotional content, attributed orders, account activity, and payment information for compliance. You agree to cooperate in good faith, provide relevant records you control, correct noncompliant content promptly, and remove NewMe references when requested.

10. Confidentiality

Non-public Program information—including unpublished commission structures, conversion data, roadmaps, internal communications, security information, and beta features—is confidential. You may use it only to participate in the Program and may not disclose it without written permission. This obligation survives termination.

11. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NewMe and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from third-party claims, regulatory actions, losses, liabilities, fines, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, conduct, breach of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or relationship with a referred customer.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewMe disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and profitability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewMe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or lost profits, revenue, data, opportunity, or goodwill arising from the Program. NewMe’s aggregate liability relating to these Terms will not exceed the commissions actually paid to you during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or $1,000, whichever is less. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY—IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS. Except for claims eligible for small-claims court or requests for injunctive relief relating to intellectual property or misuse of confidential information, disputes arising from these Terms or the Program will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules. Arbitration will take place in California or by video conference, unless the parties agree otherwise.

You and NewMe waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private-attorney-general proceeding. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim will proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction in California and the remainder will be arbitrated where enforceable.

You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days after first accepting these Terms by emailing newmeusapeptides@gmail.com from the email associated with your partner account and stating your full name and request to opt out of arbitration.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

15. Changes and Electronic Acceptance

NewMe may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes may require renewed electronic acceptance. Continued participation after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms unless applicable law requires another form of consent.

Creating or using a partner account, selecting an acceptance control, or otherwise participating in the Program constitutes your electronic signature and agreement to these Terms.

16. Notices; Survival; General Terms

NewMe may send notices to the email associated with your account or post them in the partner area. Notices to NewMe must be sent to newmeusapeptides@gmail.com.

Sections concerning content responsibility, commissions and reversals, confidentiality, indemnification, disclaimers, dispute resolution, and any terms that by their nature should survive will remain effective after termination. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.

NewMe may assign these Terms to an affiliate or successor. You may not assign them without NewMe’s prior written consent. NewMe is not liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control. These Terms, the posted Partner Program terms, and incorporated NewMe policies constitute the entire agreement regarding the Program.
